Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy for CulverCart (India)

 

At CulverCart, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and efficient. Below is our shipping policy for orders shipped within India using Delhivery.

1. Shipping Partners

 

All orders within India are shipped via Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers.

​

2. Shipping Zones and Availability

 

We deliver to most pin codes across India, covering both urban and rural areas. If your location is not serviceable by Delhivery, you will be notified at checkout.

​

3. Shipping Charges

​

  • Standard Shipping:
    ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
    Free shipping for orders above ₹500.

  • Express Shipping:
    ₹100 for express delivery within 1-2 business days.
     

4. Delivery Timelines

​

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available only in select locations).

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier network disruptions.

5. Order Processing
 

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can track your order on the Delhivery Tracking Page.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
 

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000.

  • A nominal COD fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders.
     

8. Failed Deliveries
 

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, Delhivery will attempt redelivery up to two times. After that, the package will be returned to CulverCart, and any applicable shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

CulverCart's return and exchange policies are as follows:


Returns:
 

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
     

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned.
     

  • Process: Include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt, note the reason for return, and use a traceable shipping method to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return postage.
     

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed and applied to the original method of payment, typically within 7-10 days. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges:
 

  • In-Person Exchanges: Exchanges are welcomed in person at any of CulverCart's locations, subject to the same conditions as returns.

    ​

  • Mail Exchanges: CulverCart does not process exchanges via mail or phone. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

    ​
